How expensive of a house can you buy? Or more importantly, how much can you comfortably afford each month? How much money are you able to put as a down payment? How is your credit? These are all very important questions to explore with your lender.
Choose any of the seven listed below, be sure to tell them you're working with Deana, and they will give you VIP service. It only takes a brief conversation, in which you will answer these and a few other questions, and the lender will be able to help you figure out the price range for a house that you can comfortably afford.
All seven lenders are great, and if you're just not connecting with the first one you called, or you'd like a second or third opinion, feel free to call as many as you need.
Once you've determined how much house you can afford, it's time to move on to Step 2: Searching for all available homes in your price range, basically finding your dream home. But first, why don't you call of these lenders now?

Step 3 - Make an Offer to Buy
By this point, you should have a Pre-Qulaified Letter from your lender, and a real good idea of what you can afford and in what areas. You've hopefully seen a few potential homes that interest you on the internet and have driven by the neighborhoods to make sure this is a viable option. Now simply give us a call and we will schedule a time where we can take a look inside. If all goes well, and we find that perfect home, we'll definitely want to make an offer, so be sure to bring your checkbook for the deposit. (The deposit is usually around $5,000.) We look forward to helping you buy that perfect home.
